The weird wild world where liberal-castigated Hollywood talent meets conservative-castrated financiers is always blurry. The stratospheric per-picture costs these days means outside money on a level few can imagine engineering.

Steve Mnuchin's third wife Louise Linton has been taking the heat lately for her Marie Antoinette moment yesterday on Twitter. Ms. Linton grew up weekending in a Scottish castle as a child, a true offspring of privilege. Her modest screen and TV appearances don't match her casting in her ultimate role to date as Lady Mnuchin.

Duke Mnuchin, on the other hand, has co-produced over 100 Hollywood films, most of them A++ pictures (at least in terms of production costs). Here is a PARTIAL LIST of some of them that -- likely unwittingly -- you by seeing you have helped empower Trump's Secretary of Treasury:

Mnuchin's hiding of pre-tax profits re: 'Avatar' and other shady (though legal) endeavors took center stage for a brief moment during his confirmation hearing via Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR). Mnuchin's avoidance and arrogance were well on display as he shifted the blame to the loopholes in the system, even as he promised to "fix the system" once confirmed (to date he has taken no action in this regard whatsoever, at least that has been publicly divulged). modest evening dresses

Please note the astounding number of so-called "liberal" filmmakers and talent that have worked on Mnuchin's productions. Ultimately, Mnuchin is a Money Man, not a creative contributor, to these films.

But it goes to show you: when folks call for a boycott of Amazon products pimped by Princess Ivanka? They're missing the much, much bigger picture wherein Mnuchin and the like are making far greater sums of money by making some of the most profitable films in recent memory.

As always? Don't look too deeply into Hollywood's mechanics, or you'll never look into a multiplex likely again!
